How to Reach Mumbai

Mumbai International Airport is connected with all the important cities of India as well as the world. Thus, reaching the city by air is no problem. There is also a domestic terminal at Santa Cruz, which is situated at a distance of only 25 km from downtown Mumbai. Both the domestic as well as the international airport have regular taxi and shuttle services.

Traveling to Mumbai by train is a very good option. The city serves as the headquarters to the Central and Western railway zones, with the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminal being its main railway station. The other significant railway stations of Bombay are Bombay Central, Churchgate, Dadar and Kurla. There are regular and direct trains connecting the city with almost all major parts of India.

If you are planning to reach Mumbai by road, go ahead. The city is well linked with the major tourist spots of India by road also. The State Transport Terminal, situated opposite Mumbai's Central Railway Station, is its main bus terminus. From here, one can get buses and taxis to all the cities in Maharashtra as well as the neighboring states............
